Brooke and I married in July of 2007. The 20th, to be exact (just in case she's reading this). Hours after our reception ended, our ride to the airport arrived at the Beechwood Hotel in Worcester, Massachusetts to bring us to Logan International Airport in Boston. We had an early flight to Nassau, and wouldn't return to Massachusetts for eight more days. We were lucky enough to have received an all-expenses-paid honeymoon to the Sandals Royal Bahamian resort in the Bahamas from my parents as our wedding gift, and we were as excited and anxious for the honeymoon to begin as we were to actually to get married. OK, maybe that was just me, but I know Brooke was excited, too.
I'm not going to bore you with the details, but the next seven days were spent either poolside or beachside with drinks in each hand as we enjoyed our first week of being husband and wife. The pictures tell the story, and you will see vast amounts of rest and relaxation, plenty of fine meals, and even more fine drinks that were enjoyed that week. It was the perfect way to begin what has been the best experience in the world.
